Country Home Membership

Built for Belonging, Wherever Life Takes You

We believe everyone deserves a third place that feels like an extension of home — a space that holds the small everyday moments and the big life milestones equally well. For generations, private country clubs and legacy estates did this for a few. Our Country Homes and Community Hubs do this for many.

Why We Welcome So Many Members

At first glance, the scale of our Country Home membership may seem ambitious. But the magic lies in how the space is designed to serve many different kinds of relationships, rhythms, and seasons of life.

A New Chapter for an Old Tradition

Historically, country homes have supported human flourishing—offering places to rest, gather, and create memories that ripple across generations. Yet, too often, these homes sit underutilized, waiting for the next holiday or family reunion.

We believe there's a better way.

By reimagining the country home as a shared resource—elegantly maintained and community-powered—we're making these spaces more accessible, more loved, and more alive year-round.

  • Each of our homes will be open 365 days a year and offers overnightstays across the large property —creating thousands of unique stay combinations across seasons. Some members might come once in a lifetime to host a milestone event. Others come every quarter for creative retreats. Still others visit monthly or invite a friend for a weekend away.

    We’ll serve:

    • Full-property event renters

    • Group block reservations

    • Quarterly or seasonal return guests

    • Monthly visitors

    • Once-a-year celebrators

    • Lifetime-only guests

    • Friends-of-members who tag along for a visit

Because our members engage in different ways, at different times, with different frequencies, the home is able to support up to 10,000 members without feeling overcrowded.

  • Many members won’t visit frequently. Some live across the country, or the world. But through digital updates, seasonal rituals, and behind-the-scenes glimpses, they remain connected to the home and the people it holds. So that when they do arrive, it feels like returning, not starting over.

  • Most hospitality businesses follow a "build it and they will come" model.

    Ours is different.

We believe in building with our members. Co-created programming, intentional design, and long-term stewardship ensure the space reflects the community it holds. This shared investment in place makes it more than just a destination—it becomes a trusted constant.

In a world that moves fast, we’re creating spaces you can return to again and again—physically or emotionally—and always feel at home.

Community Hub Membership

Why We Welcome So Many Members

Hosting 30,000 people a year might sound ambitious — but it follows a proven model. The Community Hub is inspired by neighborhood institutions like the YWCA, which welcomed thousands annually by combining many uses under one roof: wellness, learning, recreation, and overnight accommodations.

Each one is designed to support thousands of unique rhythms, relationships, and seasons of life — from daily coffee runs and drop-in spa visits to milestone celebrations, seasonal gatherings, or a simple place to rest when you’re in between home & work.

One serves city life. One serves the countryside. Together, they’re the backbone of a more connected future.

Old Club Values, New Club Rules

Our Community Hub Membership fits the pace of city life — flexible, local, and human. It’s a modern “third place” that anchors your neighborhood and holds everything from everyday errands to big celebrations.

Drop in for coffee, host friends, stay overnight, plant on the roof, or book the historic theater — the Hub makes urban life more connected and personal.

  • Open daily, the Hub is designed for steady, layered use — supporting up to 30,000 visits a year without ever feeling overcrowded.

    We’ll serve:

    • Morning regulars stopping in for coffee at a locally owned café.

    • Lunch breaks at the neighborhood bar & restaurant, run by a favorite local chef.

    • Short-term guests staying in flexible hotel-style rooms — here for work trips, family visits, or bridging the gap before the new apartment is ready.

    • Evening event-goers, whether it’s a holiday play in the historic theater, a film screening, or a birthday dinner.

    • Milestone hosts booking the Hub’s spaces for weddings, anniversaries, or life celebrations — making “Let’s do it at the club” possible for more neighbors.

    • Wellness seekers booking an affordable monthly massage, playing pickup basketball, or changing after work before meeting friends.

    • Urban gardeners tending the rooftop demonstration garden, gathering herbs to take home, or learning how to care for porch tomatoes.

    • Library explorers diving deep into niche topics, far from the noise of algorithm-fed content.

Because members engage in so many ways, at so many times, the Hub supports thousands of rhythms — adding up to 30,000 meaningful visits a year.

  • Some members pop in for a moment. Others linger for hours. Some host milestone celebrations here once in a lifetime. All remain connected through daily rituals, seasonal gatherings, and small courtesies that make a big city feel like a close-knit neighborhood.

Here, showing up is easy. There’s always a reason to gather. And when you walk through the doors, it feels like you’re coming back, not starting over.

  • Most city venues are single-purpose — café, gym, coworking, event hall. The Community Hub brings them together under one roof, run by local partners and neighborhood talent. Co-created programming, thoughtful design, and collective stewardship ensure the Hub always reflects the community it serves.

In a world that moves fast, we’re building places you can count on — for your daily routines, your quiet moments, and your biggest milestones — so everyone can say “Let’s host it at the Hub” and know they’re welcome.
